We are a UK company. You may have to pay duty fees upon delivery of your parcel. We will not accept any returns on any items that are being refused due to having to pay duty fees.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is faulty or damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We Cannot process a refund without receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund of the paid product price, we will also pay the return shipping costs for the item. You will not be refunded for the shipping you paid in the first instance.

6. Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Cancellation of Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at with your order number to request a cancellation.

8. Statutory Rights:

  • This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Buyers Remorse:

At Spoiler Shelf, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes customers may change their minds after making a purchase.

If you wish to return an item due to buyer’s remorse (i.e., you no longer want the item but it is not faulty or incorrect), we accept returns under the following conditions:
    •    The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
    •    The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    •    A £5 administration fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
    •    Any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
    •    You are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@spoilershelf.co.uk. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus the admin fee.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrect items.

How easy is it to install our products?

Dead simple. If you can hang a picture frame, you can mount the Spoiler Shelf and any other products.

Each one comes with pre-drilled holes and can be installed in under 10 minutes. No special tools. Just a wall, a drill, and a love for cars. All products come with instructions.

Do your products come with wall fixings?

Yes — everything you need is in the box.

You’ll get all the proper screws, wall plugs, and bracket hardware to get your product mounted securely. Open. Drill. Done.

How much weight can a Spoiler Shelf hold?

Up to 25kg, depending on what kind of wall you’re mounting to.
